The owner started this business as “Jolly Cream” back on July 15, 2011. It started as a neighborhood and parks truck. In between 2011 and 2014, the business quickly grew in popularity into a fleet of trucks. The commercial branded name Mr. Sugar Rush name came forth January 21, 2014. Mr. Sugar Rush LLC has been incorporated since 2/23/2015.
Yes, we are permitted and licensed in all territories where we sell ice cream and shaved ice. We have all current health inspections as well. We are insured through State Farm. We can provide COI business liability and any other necessary coverages needed for your event
